Edith’s Sandwich Counter has a new Manhattan location, where they make some damn fine breakfast sandwiches. The queen amongst them is the Sephardi Breakfast Wrap. Gooey, cheesy eggs, cuminy alheira chicken sausage, pickled fresno peppers and harissa mayo are wrapped in malawach, a Yemeni flatbread with a texture between flaky roti and pita.
